To make a RESERVATION REQUEST, complete all information in the form below, specifying in the comments section that you’d like to make a reservation. Also include names and ages of each person; adults, children and infants, in the rental party. Please make sure you include your phone number.
PLEASE NOTE: Guest making reservation will be the responsible member of the rental party and required to accept our rental agreement. Name on credit card should be the same as person signing the rental agreement.
PAYMENTS: We require a minimum 35% deposit of the total amount due at time of booking that will be deducted from the total. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival the credit card on file will be automatically charged for any remaining balance unless other payment arrangements have been made. All credit card payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Five days before arrival an automatic credit card hold will be placed on the credit card on file for a $300 security deposit and it is released within 3 days of departure as long as no damage or rule violations have occurred. To confirm…this is just a hold and not processed unless necessary.
IMPORTANT: If you decide to book, rules and policies will be included in the rental agreement for you to review before signing, but just to make sure our condo would be a good fit for you and your rental party, we like to let all potential guests know the following rules are monitored and strictly enforced:
We also like to mention that while children are welcomed, our condo is not child proofed and may not be suitable for some children.
An inquiry or reservation request does not hold your dates. We often have multiple inquiries for the same dates, so there is always a chance that another guest might reserve the property prior to your reservation being finalized. All reservation requests are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Reservations are not complete, and rates are subject to change, until your deposit has been made, you have signed and returned the rental agreement, and you have received a reservation confirmation email.
