We have tried hard to think of everything needed to make your stay comfortable. If there is anything that we have overlooked, please let us know by contacting us directly. Our goal is to earn and maintain a 5-star customer rating and hope that if you have any complaints, we will have the opportunity to address them for you while you are there.

To make sure our condo is a good fit for you, we need to share some of the not-so-fun stuff with you, too…

PLEASE NOTE: We of course want you to enjoy your stay, but we like to let all potential guests know that in addition to management and HOA rules, we do monitor and strictly enforce the following policies.

• No smoking! In addition to smoking being prohibited in our condo and on our balcony, our building, Ocean Breeze West is now a totally Non-Smoking facility, so there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property, including the private beach.
• Sorry, no pets allowed! Only registered pets of owners are permitted on the premises.
• One vehicle per condo. Only one parking pass will be provided.
• The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons, including children and infants. We will need names and ages of each guest. The rate is the same for one person as it is for six.
• No parties or events allowed.
• The responsible member of the rental party will be “Guest” named in rental agreement and must be 25-years-old or older and present during entire stay.
• All children must be under adult supervision at all times.

We also like to mention that while children are welcomed, our condo is not child proofed and may not be suitable for some children.
